$15m vision to transform SA’s homelessness services to the city and southern regions of Adelaide

$15m vision to transform SA’s homelessness services to the city and southern regions of Adelaide

I am delighted to announce that Baptist Care SA, as part of the new and innovative sector Alliance, Toward Home, will be playing a vital role in the transformation of the reform of homelessness services in SA.

This ground-breaking work reflects our commitment to develop and implement integrated approaches that enable people to receive the support they need to move along their own unique Transition Pathways and have increasing opportunities to flourish as individuals and in their community.

This new approach to service delivery will further enhance our ongoing work at the WestCare Centre and generate new opportunities to break the cycle of homelessness in South Australia.
