Alone but not forgotten

Christmas Appeal

This Christmas will look very different for many South Australians.

COVID-19 has had a profound impact on every aspect of our lives. It has made things even more difficult for those already doing it tough, and now thousands more are reaching out for assistance for the first time.

More people than ever need our help to put food on the table this Christmas.

In Baptist Care SA services, over the past seven months, demand for emergency relief and basic necessities has increased 700%.

Thanks to the support of our wonderful donors, Baptist Care SA continues to provide nutritious meals six days a week, as well as food parcels and vouchers and low-cost groceries from our Community Food Hub.

With your support, no one will feel forgotten this Christmas.

We’ll give gifts to children and dignity to their parents; festive food parcels allowing families to share a meal together; and a home-cooked Christmas lunch for those experiencing homelessness.

Thank you for caring, we really appreciate your willingness to get involved.

For more details of Baptist Care SA’s services please take a few minutes to look at our Annual Report.
