Continuity of care and keeping valued relationships with our clients will be important for all areas of care in the new service models.

We will be deploying staff to the new services offerings based on new position description/requirements.  Completing the EOI provides a process to assess/prioritise candidates for roles as they become available.  If you do not complete the EOI, we cannot consider you for new opportunities.

Please ensure you have read the Support Workers Briefing Kit prior to completing the Expression of Interest (EOI).

The EOI includes

• Moving to part-time OR remaining casual
• Current qualifications as well as interest in upgrading qualifications or obtaining additional qualifications
• Information regarding other skills, knowledge and professional interests that will enable us to align employee and client interests where possible.

We recommend you have all your documents scanned and ready prior to starting the EOI process, however, if necessary you can save your progress and go back.

The EOI closes on Wednesday 2 September.  Anyone who completes the EOI after this date, cannot be considered for the first round of positions resulting from the Reform changes.
