Client Pathways System (CPS) Update.

The CPS Project Team continues to work on the integration between AlayaCare, Zambion, TechOne and, most recently, DEX. Our vision is to provide a more seamless process for time and attendance data collected from frontline staff through to invoicing, particularly in the case of NDIS growth.


We are working closely with Family Mental Health Support Services (FMHSS) and Emergency Relief from the Youth, Families and Community branch to complete a roll out for them mid-May to June 2019. We are also engaging in discussion with other Youth, Families and Community programs who are not dependent on Zambion and TechOne integrations. Each program we engage has specific requirements which we are capturing to maximise the value each program gets from the system. These programs will be rolled out when time permits between May and August, 2019. Care Services is still planning to go-live in September 2019 with the assistance of the aforementioned integrations.


Our pilot programs SATS/SILS and CLP continue to use the CPS and provide feedback to the Project Team, further ensuring the likelihood of success for future roll outs.
