Client Pathways System Project – Update

Since our last update, we’ve been working on the technical connections needed for the CPS to share data with Zambion and Finance One. This work is now almost complete and our project team is working closely with Finance and Payroll to ensure that data is moving between the three systems as required.


We’ve also been working to identify programs which can start working in the CPS and a number have been identified.  We’ll now work together with these teams to prepare them for transition.


What’s next?


Based on our current progress, the CPS team should be able to start transitioning program in late July, with a ‘go-live’ planned for September.  More details will be provided direct to the relevant programs.


The roll-out will include further briefings, demonstrations of the system, analysis sessions to define and document Program Agreements and the provision of training.  Keep an eye on your email for your invitation!
