Introducing Baptist Care SA’s Community Learning Hub

After months of hard work, we’re proud to announce the launch of Community Learning Hub – Baptist Care SA’s new online learning platform. With a range of free and paid courses, the Community Learning Hub will connect users to on-demand courses for personalized learning.

Urban Education Online

Over the past three years, hundreds of high school students have visited Baptist Care SA’s Westcare Centre, to interact with local experts around topics such as issues in Homelessness and Aboriginal Cultural Awareness.

Now, we are offering our first taste of Urban Education online!

‘Introduction to Homelessness’ is an interactive lesson that is designed to stimulate discussion around important issues such as Homelessness, Addictions, Domestic Violence and more.

For more information about this course please contact Craig McGlone on 8118 5200.

Baptist Care SA, lives, works and walks on Kaurna, Peramangk and Boandik lands. We acknowledge Aboriginal people as the state’s first peoples, recognise their traditional ownership, and respect their cultural heritage, beliefs, deep connection and continued guardianship of land and waters. We value the contributions of Elders past and present, and are committed to learning from those emerging.
