Take the guesswork out of baking with this no-fuss Chocolate Mud Cake with a loved one or a Carer; ready in under 10 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

• 3 tbsp all purpose flour
• 2 tbsp granulated sugar
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1/4 tsp of baking powder
• Dash of salt
• 3 tbsp of milk
• 1 tbsp of melted butter
• 1 tsp chocolate chips

STEP 1: Spray the bottom of the mug lightly with cooking spray

STEP 2: Add flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt and stir together

STEP 3: Add milk, butter and stir, sprinkle choc chips on the top

STEP 4: Cook in microwave for 70-90 seconds until cake is set, allow to rest in microwave for a further minute.
