Risk Management Update

As many of you may be aware, we are still in the process of running risk management workshops and we would like to thank all of you for your ongoing patience and cooperation.

In these workshops, risks are reviewed, discussed and assessed. A structured process is then followed for the assessment and analysis of each risk, as well as for choosing the person responsible for managing the risk.

Parallel to these workshops, the Quality and Risk team is working with IT and CAMMS to finalise the new risk management software called ‘cammsrisk’. CAMMS is an international company headquartered in Adelaide providing enterprise performance management services to organisations such as Adelaide Airport, University of Sydney, City of Melbourne Council, etc.

Cammsrisk will help reduce paperwork and create a much smoother user experience compared with our current system (Riskman). Cammsrisk will be easily accessible via an internet browser in both desktop computers and smartphones. As a result, managers and staff will be able to work on risk management more efficiently and will be able to see live charts or create reports with ease.

There will be training for managers on cammsrisk in the coming months. After the software implementation, I will work with teams and managers to improve their understanding of, and experience with cammsrisk. More information on this will be shared in due time.
