See the ways to donateBaptist Care SA’s Community Connections program will strengthen social inclusion in Eastern, Northern, and Southern Adelaide by supporting vulnerable people aged 18-64
(or 49 years for Aboriginal people) living in social isolation to engage with, and participate in, community activities, groups, and volunteering opportunities.
People with an NDIS or Aged Care plan are not eligible for this program.
