Accommodation for Aboriginal Men

Support for Aboriginal Men is an important part of our program. Our Aboriginal Men’s Accommodation Program provides a supported accommodation service for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander men who are homeless or have experienced chronic homelessness and who have high and complex needs as assessed by the ENU.

This service can only be accessed by clients referred to by Baptist Care SA via the Exceptional Needs Unit (ENU) of Disability SA.

Homelessness support - eastern adelaide

The reasons for homelessness are varied and never simple. In our Eastern Adelaide Aboriginal Specific Homelessness program, we work with Aboriginal men and women who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to help them find and maintain long term stable housing.
Call (08) 8118 5200.

If this is you, our government-funded program will use Aboriginal-specific case management to work on identifying the barriers and challenges that are preventing you from finding long term housing solutions. Our Case Managers will assess your accommodation and support needs and provide the appropriate support to assist you.

We also work in partnership with the Community Housing Organisations to help you and your family.
