The Info Systems team is working on various initiatives across our infrastructure and systems to ensure the best service possible is available for both our staff and clients.
There are a few updates coming up we want you to be aware of:
We are very excited to commence work on delivering the Forms 2.0 module in Alayacare.
This module will provide enhanced form submission capabilities, assisting us to create more consistent forms across the organisation, better mobility for staff, and the ability to update client data direct from the mobile app.
Stay tuned for when your program will receive these updates.
We are improving our capabilities to secure our inbound and outbound email with the implementation of the Mimecast Secure Email Gateway. This technology will help protect us from spear-phishing, malware, spam and zero-day attacks.
More information will follow as the phased rollout progresses during June.
As our work arrangements evolve during this time, we will be improving the security mechanisms across the organisation. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a security system that verifies a user’s identity by requiring multiple credentials, eg. a password and a code sent via SMS, prior to allowing access.
Our team will be in contact with each user in the coming months.
If you have any questions on the above or wish to submit a service request, please contact the IS Helpdesk on 8273 7111 or email [email protected].
