Update on the Client Pathways System Project

An Update on the Client Pathways System Project

Welcome to the latest update on the Client Pathways System (CPS) Project. Since the last update, the Client Pathways System Project Team have continued working on the technical connections needed for the CPS to share data with both Zambion, Finance One and also the Data Exchange. The CPS Project Team continues to work closely with the Finance and Payroll teams to make sure the data is moving between the systems as required.

In addition, training for programs that are scheduled to Go-Live in CPS by the end of July has commenced with the ISYHS, FMHSS, CSS, Resi Care, Care Operations and the Mount Gambier team undertaking training over the last few weeks. Work has also commenced with other programs within the Families, Youth and Communities and the Homelessness and Aboriginal Services portfolios.  More training is booked over the rest of July to ensure all staff in the programs transitioning into CPS are ready for the move.

What’s next?

Based on the current positive outcomes of the technical work, the anticipated commencement of the programs part of Wave 1 still on target for late July, with go-live planned for July – September.

More detailed information on the next steps will be provided in the coming weeks, including booking further briefings, demonstrations of the CPS system, analysis sessions to define and draft Program agreements and training sessions – keep an eye on your email for invites from the CPS Project Team.

If you have any questions regarding this update, or would like to discuss any concerns, please contact the CPS Project team – Paul Lam, Andrew Jantke, Justin Evers and Tegen Cushion.
