  • 1 pumpkin
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 cups stock


  1. Peel and chop all vegetables (pumpkin, onion and garlic)
  2. Put everything in a large pot and simmer rapidly until pumpkin is tender (about 10 minutes)
  3. Blend until smooth and season
  4. Serve with crusty bread.
