Hello everyone!

My name is Clare McMullan and I am Baptist Care SA’s new Client Engagement Manager for Disability Pathways. We are here to support all NDIS enquiries big and small, link clients to our exceptional service delivery team and to lend a helping hand to NDIS participants across Adelaide.

With a background in Social Work and Social Planning, my passion is people. My favourite part about working in this sector is that everyone has their own story to tell and that we can all learn from each other’s experiences. I enjoy working with clients and families to help them achieve their goals and to live their best lives.  I have worked in the Disability sector for 8 years and have been involved in the NDIS roll out since it first began. I have managed NDIS provider intake departments for 3 years and have loved every minute. At times it can be a challenging and confusing space, however, I believe that if we work together and with a ‘can do’ attitude, there is no problem we cannot work through or goal that cannot be achieved.
