Julie has been a Board member since May 2013. She has significant experience in local church and community ministry and management. She has strong governance experience from previous Vice Chair and other Board roles. Julie has worked in the field of marketing for over 15 years and currently owns a marketing consulting business.

Allan has been a Board Member since December 2015. He has extensive experience in the Information Technology sector including as a published author and is currently a Senior Principal Software Engineer of a major IT company. Allan also brings governance experience in the not for profit sector as a past Chair of Scripture Union SA.

Mike has been an ex officio member of the Board since November 2008. He is an Accredited Pastor with the Baptist Churches of South Australia and has significant pastoral leadership experience. He also has experience in inter-agency collaboration, leadership and community development.

Dan has been a Board Member since April 2013. He is an Accredited Pastor with the Baptist Churches of South Australia with a significant track record in developing local church community ministry.

Andrew has been a Board Member since November 2017. He has over 15 years experience in Business in local and offshore manufacturing along with experience in Lean systems and Custom IT solution integration.

Frances has been a Board Member since December 2015. She has extensive experience in the Health Sciences (Physiotherapy) sector including as a lecturer, published author and conference
Presenter.  Frances is currently in private practice and lectures part-time at Flinders University.

Jason has been a Board Member since November 2014. He has over 20 years of experience as an Accredited Pastor with Baptist Churches of South Australia. He has worked within Church and ‘para-church’ organisations and is committed to the bringing together of Church communities. Jason has experience in governance, strategy and church engagement.

Chris has been a Board member since June 2017. She has experience in managing academic & administrative systems, including client services, staff support and financial & budget responsibilities, and governance experience having previously served on the Board of Baptist Community Services (SA) Inc. and as a Human Resource Facilitator at Baptist Aged Care. She is currently the Administration Manager – School of Education, Tabor College of Higher Education.

Graham Brown has commenced in the role of CEO for Baptist Care SA following almost 20 years in executive leadership roles in the community service and housing sectors, including over 12 years as CEO of Junction Australia, and most recently in his own consulting company, InterLife Australia.Graham is a visionary leader with vast expertise in strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement and organisational development. He has been a faithful and active member of the Baptist Movement for more than 35 years and is currently a member of Blackwood Hills Baptist Church.

Baptist Care SA offers a broad range of specialist services in this area and we look forward to benefiting from Graham’s knowledge and networks as we develop these further.
