Quality and Innovation

Doing the very best for our clients is at the heart of what we do. This means a focus on continuous improvement and making sure we ‘do it right’. The Baptist Care SA Board’s Governance Committee has oversight of our responsibilities with regard to accreditation, quality compliance and innovation practices. Our Quality and Innovation Department also conducts internal audits, reviews legislation and manages risk. All of this means, you’re in good hands.

Baptist Care SA is a registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).

NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission


We are a registered NDIS provider and adhere to the NDIS Practice Standards which are part of the NDIS Quality and Safety Framework.


Baptist Care SA is a White Ribbon accredited workplacewhich means we are committed to being proactive against violence against women, both in our workplace and within the community.  Several Baptist Care SA employees are White Ribbon Ambassadors.

Our Adventure Staff adhere to Recreation South Australia guidelines.

Baptist Care SA’s Adventure Camping Services have the ‘tick’ of the Australian Tourism Accreditation Program

All Baptist Care SA residential care facilities for children are licensed in compliance with the Department for Child Protection’s Alternative Care Standards in South Australia.
