Challenge by Choice
We create environments where students feel safe and encouraged to take risks and step out of their comfort zones. Uncomfortable isn’t unsafe. Learning to take risks in a safe environment is essential to human growth and flourishing.
First Degree Fun
1st Degree Fun is enjoyable while it is happening – and we do plenty of it!
Second Degree Fun
2nd Degree Fun is still fun. It can be difficult and uncomfortable when it’s happening but is awesome when you look back on it! As a teacher, you know your students and what is ‘fun’ for them. We believe the difference between First and Second Degree Fun is time, encouragement and support.

Students need to supply their own clothing, sleeping bag and any medication.
Students also need to bring lunch on the first day and any extra snacks, if required.
