Occupational Therapy
Our qualified, NDIS-registered Occupational Therapists work with participants aged 7+ in collaboration with families and support networks, where Occupational Therapy is included in a participant’s NDIS plan.
What we do
Through education and the development of self-care skills, we support people to develop emotional control, concentration and sensory processing which supports participation in meaningful daily activity and life roles.
We begin by taking time to understand each person’s strengths, challenges and goals, including how they manage daily activities, sensory needs and participation across home, school, work and community settings.
From there, we complete assessments as required, including one-off functional capacity assessments, and develop capacity-building plans with tailored strategies to support self-care, emotional regulation, concentration, sensory processing and daily living skills.
All supports are guided by respectful, evidence-based and person-centred practice, resulting in individualised plans that promote health, wellbeing, independence and quality of life.
We provide practical, goal-focused support through education, coaching and skill development to enable participation in meaningful daily activities and life roles.
We may also recommend environmental adjustments and adaptive strategies to improve access, participation and long-term outcomes across everyday environments.
