In-Home Supports provide practical assistance to help participants live independently and safely in their own homes.

Delivered by experienced, NDIS-registered Support Workers, In Home Supports focus on daily living skills, routines and capacity building, aligned to individual goals and coordinated with the participant’s wider support network.

In Home Supports

Delivered by experienced, NDIS-registered Support Workers, In Home Supports is practical, person-centred support that aligns with individual goals and everyday routines that builds skills, maintains independence and supports participation in daily life.

Supports are flexible, respectful and tailored to individual needs, helping participants manage everyday tasks and feel confident at home and in the community.

What we do 

Our Support Workers work alongside participants manage everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning and budgeting, to develop social, relational and communication skills and participate in sport and recreational activities.

Taking a collaborative approach, we work with you, your family and your support network to ensure supports are coordinated, consistent and aligned with your NDIS goals.

What’s included in In-Home Supports

In-Home Supports can be tailored to your needs and may include assistance with:

Shopping
Planning, writing shopping lists and doing your own shopping.

Budgeting
Managing money, paying bills and household budgeting.

Personal care
Support with daily personal care such as showering and dressing.

Transport
Building confidence using public transport and travelling independently.

Meal preparation
Planning, preparing and cooking meals at home.

Household tasks
Everyday household activities such as cleaning and laundry.
