Strategic Ambitions are a new plan of direction for Baptist Care SA for the period 2024 through to 2027.

They are aligned with our mission of expressing God’s love and compassion for people, especially those at risk by journeying with them towards their full potential.

They are built on our values of integrity, compassion, empowerment and innovation.  Our values are integral to who we are, and how we work with each other and our clients. They shape our culture and behaviour, and how our clients experience us.

Our Strategic Ambition will guide Baptist Care SA over the next three years and help us to focus on longer term goals, which are aligned to our mission.
