About Collaborative Community Projects

Baptist Care SA is committed to empowering people to move from Adversity to Opportunity via Transition Pathways.

We recognise that our partners; local South Australian Baptist Church congregations, represent unique opportunities to encourage flourishing local communities.

When we come together around our shared faith in Jesus and work in partnership, South Australian Baptist Churches and Baptist Care SA can help lessen disadvantage and strengthen our local communities.

Collaborative Community Projects (CCP) funding aims to facilitate partnerships between Baptist Care SA and local Baptist Churches. This funding aims to support the delivery of a broad range of community-informed, collaborative and sustainable community projects. Baptist Care SA staff can help provide support, resources and expertise to churches as they work with vulnerable people.

These projects are made possible by funding support from the Baptist Care SA Foundation.

Baptist Care SA, lives, works and walks on Kaurna, Peramangk and Boandik lands. We acknowledge Aboriginal people as the state’s first peoples, recognise their traditional ownership, and respect their cultural heritage, beliefs, deep connection and continued guardianship of land and waters. We value the contributions of Elders past and present, and are committed to learning from those emerging.
