Grant Pearson, General Manager Mission and Business Development 

Striving to bring social justice to the community using a caring and faith-based response, Grant joined the team at Baptist Care SA.

Taking a respectful approach to his work, he wanted to engage in restorative practices to help people thrive.

“Seeing that you’re part of making a difference in the community is important for me,” he says.

“Seeing people flourish and be empowered; that’s what excites me.”    

Baptist Care SA, lives, works and walks on Kaurna, Peramangk and Boandik lands. We acknowledge Aboriginal people as the state’s first peoples, recognise their traditional ownership, and respect their cultural heritage, beliefs, deep connection and continued guardianship of land and waters. We value the contributions of Elders past and present, and are committed to learning from those emerging.
