What happens if you are not happy with our response?

Baptist Care SA is committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

If you’re not happy with our response, you can ask for your feedback to be reviewed by the Chief Executive Officer.

If you are still unsatisfied, you may refer the matter to:
