When Sam arrived at Tumbelin Farm, he was bitter, broken, and ready to give up after nearly a decade battling drug addiction and mental illness. Just four months later, he describes his time at the farm as his “second birth”.
Set in the Adelaide Hills, Tumbelin Farm is South Australia’s first residential adventure therapy program for young people aged 16 to 24, providing a place to heal, build resilience, and discover new ways forward.
Through its Home Life, Farm Life, Adventure Life, and Learning Life programs, participants restore wellbeing, rebuild confidence and develop the practical skills needed for recovery and lasting positive change.
