New Beginnings

A new year brings a renewed sense of optimism, with the worst of the pandemic turmoil now (hopefully) behind us.

Our dedicated Disability Pathways staff are very excited about the rollout of the new Baptist Care SA Service Delivery Model. This new approach has been informed and guided by Baptist Care SA’s holistic Practice Framework with the aim of further improving the quality and consistency of services to all of our clients.

For you, our clients, the Service Delivery Model further supports your right to exercise choice and control. We want you to feel utmost confidence in Baptist Care SA as your chosen registered NDIS provider.

Our managers and service delivery staff strive to provide quality and person-centred supports to meet your needs as individuals. We aspire to optimise the opportunities for each person that we work with. Your goals are our goals!

I trust that you have received information regarding our new Service Delivery Model (see below). If you have any questions, please contact your Baptist Care SA Coordinator or call us on
8273 7190.

I pray that 2021 will be a fruitful year for you all. One fuelled by encouragement, laced with laughs and a generous scattering of good times.
