The Client Pathways System Project Team has been busy working with 12 programs to help them prepare for their transition into CPS. The programs that have now commenced their transition include:

  • Residential Care
  • Community Support Scheme (CSS)
  • Inner Southern Youth Homelessness Service (ISYHS)
  • Family Mental Health Support Services (FMHSS)
  • Aboriginal Elders Program

  • Emergency Relief (ER) & Emergency Financial Assistance (EFA)
  • Eastern Adelaide Aboriginal Specific Homelessness Service (EAASHS)
  • Accommodation Support Program (ASP)
  • Program portfolio from the Mount Gambier office.

The support provided to these 12 programs has included:

  • Training and support for staff transitioning to CPS
  • Support for programs to ensure client data is entered into CPS and available to access
  • Developing educational material to support staff in commencing using CPS
  • Capturing feedback from staff and communicating resolution of issues to staff

In addition, the CPS Project Team has continued to work closely with the Finance and Payroll teams on the technical connections between CPS, Zambion and Technology One to make sure the data is moving correctly between the three systems.

In the next 4 weeks, the CPS Project Team will be focussing on:

  • Training Disability Pathways and Care Pathways staff
  • Connecting with the Corporate Services teams to discuss how CPS might impact Corporate teams
  • Continuing to support Community Pathways program staff currently transitioning to CPS
  • Development of additional educational material to continue to support staff in transitioning into CPS

More detailed information regarding engagement with Corporate Services, Disability Pathways and Care Pathways and the next steps will be provided in the coming weeks, including booking further briefings, demonstrations of the CPS system, analysis sessions to define and draft Program agreements and training sessions. Keep an eye on your email for invites from the CPS Project Team or your Line Manager.
